This role
A Merchant Operations Representative in Ecuador is responsible for running and maintaining processes linked with our commercial team and partners. They will be tasked with elaborating reconciliation reports, identifying potential risks in current processes and providing insights to stakeholders .
This role will also provide support to our sales team and their relationship with our partners through the use of internal tools and presenting relevant information.
Also, will be responsible for validating the trustworthiness of the documentation from our new Admins and Merchant, validating their legibility and compliance of requirements determined by Payjoy.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential risks in processes and work with the finance team to provide optimal solutions.
- Plan and execute improvements for financial data management.
- Give support to the sales team and partners.
- Run and maintain day to day merchant operations processes.
- Manage the incorporation of stores including the creation, closure and management of clerks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of experience in finance, operations, data analysis, administration, and a demonstrated knowledge of managing large databases as well as elaborating financial reports
- Advanced Skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to think critically, with an analytical mindset, measuring results before and after project delivery.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, team player with a strong focus on delivering to have an impact
- Intermediate oral and written English skills preferred

- Strong technology skills (MS Office, SQL.)
