ARSIEM is currently looking for a Specialized CNO Developer. The position will support one of our Government clients in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.

Responsibilities

  • Support a team's overall goal in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining CNO capabilities in support of the Annapolis Junction, MD's mission requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and six (6) years of experience OR minimum ten (10) years of experience in relevant field,
  • Minimum eight (8) years of experience programming in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, and/or Python,
  • Minimum seven (7) years of experience developing in one (1) or more of the following: Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments; UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments
  • Minimum six (6) years of experience with programming CNO tools and techniques,
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience managing and supervising teams in support of Government CNO capability development,
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience programming CNO tools for the US Government,
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience programming techniques to evade host and/or network-based IDS, and
  • Minimum four (4) years’ experience in network sockets programming and application-level protocols.

  • Specialized Qualifications: 
  • Experience with designing and writing code in C, C++, or similar with a focus on implementing SSL/TLS protocols,
  • Expertise in analyzing and securing SSL/TLS protocols,
  • Proficiency in analyzing network traffic using tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, or custom scripts,
  • Understanding of advanced cryptographic attacks and knowledge of secure coding practices to prevent vulnerabilities (e.g., SSL stripping, man-in-the-middle attacks),
  • Solid understanding of network security concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, IDSs, IPSs, and protocols like HTTPS, SSH, and TCP/IP,
  • Experience with project management best practices such as Scrum and Kanban methodologies, and
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) along with understanding of basic configuration management principles.

  • Labor Category Requirements: CNO Analyst/Programmer III
  • Minimum ten (10) years OF experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineering
  • Minimum eight (8) years of experience programming in Assembly, C, C#, C++, Java, Perl, and Python
  • Minimum five (5) years experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments OR minimum five (5) years experience developing UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments.
Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
 
Candidate Referral: Do you know someone who would be GREAT at this role? If you do, ARSIEM has a way for you to earn a bonus through our referral program for persons presenting NEW (not in our resume database) candidates who are successfully placed on one of our projects. The bonus for this position is $10,000,  and the referrer is eligible to receive the sum for any applicant we place within 12 months of referral. The bonus is paid after the referred employee reaches 6 months of employment.
