American Ballet Theatre is one of the most revered dance companies in the world. The Role
This role works directly with the Associate Director of Operations in providing operational support for the membership team and the development department. Functions include gift processing, database management, crediting, research, and reporting. This role is the direct liaison with ABT’s telefunding vendor and contributes to direct mail operations. The Operations Manager also works across the department to provide budget management and reporting, fulfill data requests, maintain department accounts, provide database training to new staff, and assist in the creation of departmental processes.
