What We’re Looking For​​:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented RFP Writer to join our team. As an RFP Writer, you will play a critical role in driving new business opportunities by creating compelling and tailored responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other tender submissions.

What You’ll Do:

  • RFP/RFI Response Creation: Write, edit, and submit high-quality, clear, and persuasive responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other proposals that accurately represent Sword’s offerings, strengths, and differentiators in the digital health industry.
  • Proposal Management: Manage and prioritize multiple RFPs and proposals simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, and responses are delivered on time and in a high-quality format.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with subject matter experts, including product managers, engineers, sales, and legal teams, to gather the necessary information and ensure accuracy and alignment in proposal content.
  • Customization of Proposal Content: Tailor responses to address the unique requirements of each opportunity, ensuring that all client needs are met, while aligning with Sword’s capabilities and strategic goals.
  • Content Library Maintenance: Maintain and enhance a repository of standard proposal content, including Sword information, product descriptions, case studies, and other reusable materials for efficient proposal creation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all proposals adhere to Sword branding, messaging guidelines, and legal/compliance requirements, including reviewing proposals for grammar, consistency, and formatting.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the refinement of RFP processes and documentation by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness in proposal writing and project management.

Who You Are :

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in writing RFPs, RFIs, or similar proposals, preferably in the healthcare, digital health, or technology sectors.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines
  • Strong Writing Skills:  Exceptional written communication skills with an ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and persuasive content.
  • Attention to Detail: Proven ability to work meticulously with complex information, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all proposal content.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Google WorkSpace and Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, proposal management software, and other relevant tools, including using AI tools
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams, including sales, product, clinical, legal, and executive leadership.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
