Our Shift Leaders not only have an appetite for bottomless fun & compassion for our crazy loyal guests, they manage day to day operations of the restaurant during scheduled shifts. As a part of the leadership team, they are an ambassador of Company & Brand Equity Standards to ensure the loyalty of our guests and profit maximization. Our Shift Leaders are role models to Team Members and contribute to their ongoing development. They are master resolvers with guest interactions, driven to optimize profits, and ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
Essential Functions
• Support and lead day to day operations during scheduled shifts
• Provide managers with Team Member support, Guest interactions, inspection of food / drink quality and restaurant cleanliness
• Strive to achieve 100% Guest satisfaction through legendary acts of leadership and quality
• Emulate Red Robin core values of honor, integrity, seeking knowledge, and having fun within the restaurant environment
• Set an example for other Team Members by ensuring everyone follows company standards and policies.
• Encourage and teach Team Members to provide world class Guest experiences

· At least 19 years of age
· 1+ year full-service restaurant leadership experience preferred
· Reliable transportation required
· An ability to lead and supervise peers
· Passion for the business and compassion for people
· Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
· ServSafe Certified preferred
