Job Description:
Title: Test Technician
Location: San Diego, CA
Duration: 6+ months
Shift- 2nd
Education Requirement
• AA degree, Military Technical Training Degree or equivalent vocational training.
Years of Experience Requirement
• 3 years - experience electronics component level troubleshooting
• 3 years - experience of utilizing electronic instruments to perform component level troubleshooting
• 3 years - experience use of computer for multiple navigation of applications
Top Duties
1. Component Level Troubleshooting
2. High experience with electronic instruments (DMM, OSCILLOSCOPE, Spectrum Analyzer)
3. Read and Understand schematics and drawings
4. High experience of computer savvy
5. Multi Task in fast pace environment
Additional Duties
• Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems. May complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing.
• As required, prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.
• May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.
• May interact with Engineering Team to resolve root cause failures.
