Project Manager Consultant (Analyst)

• Conduct thorough assessments of business operations, including financial statements, and operational processes.
• Identify key challenges and opportunities for the business growth
• Develop and present detailed business plans, strategies, and recommendations to users.
• Assist clients in implementing business strategies and monitor progress to ensure successful execution.
• Offer guidance on improving operational efficiency and productivity.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to provide relevant and timely advice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and goals.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on project progress and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as business owner, business consultant, or similar advisory role.
• Strong understanding of business operations and challenges.
• Basic understanding of fintech industry
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, structural thinking and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and planning.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Regional travel will be required.
