ThisSr Project Managerrole lives within the customer engagement arm of the Granicus Implementation Servicesand is a key member of theImplementation Services (IS)team. This rolehelps customers transform the public records experience.
As aSr Project Manager you’ll be an expert on the Granicus platforms, and a key partner in the successful rollout of projects across the United States and leading junior member of the Project Management Team. This role is perfect for an individual with years of experience in project management and as well as people management. As an individual contributor your passion for helping customers reach their strategic objectives is key. Your role starts at project kick-off by providing the client with a project plan, oversight of discovery, and requirements gathering, and ensuring the client receives the appropriate training for their implementation– where customers are both enabled and encouraged to utilize the system to its fullest potential. You’ll help customers update their processes – often weighing options that challenge the status quo. You are highly consultative, a trusted advisor.

- Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets in accordance with the company's information security program.
