WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of user identities, including joiner, mover, lever. Ensure all changes are properly documented and compliant with internal policies.
- Manage and automate the provisioning and de-provisioning of access rights across various applications and systems, ensuring timely and accurate access control.
- Define, manage, and maintain roles and entitlements, ensuring that access rights are appropriate for users' job functions and comply with the principle of least privilege.
- Conduct periodic access reviews and certifications to ensure that access rights are appropriate, necessary, and comply with security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously work with stakeholders to enhance and evolve IAM program.
- Investigate and resolve identity-related incidents, such as unauthorized access or access policy violations. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree required in preferred or a related field.
- 8-10 years of relevant professional work experience. This should include 5+ years hands on experience in IAM & PAM (preferably Saviynt)
- Familiarity with Identity / Access Management products.
- Strong understanding of access control models, role-based access control (RBAC), and the principle of least privilege.
- Ability to translate complex problems and ideas into easily understood description
- Excellent written and verbal communications Passion for managing products and driving results
