Antler Program and Scouting Intern

About the job
As a Program & Scouting Intern, you will support various tasks within the end-to-end execution of the Antler program - including supporting design and execution, helping manage the relevant Antler resources, and partake in deep interactions with our founders. This is a 4 month role and onsite at our office in Helsinki.
Start date: 12th of August
Responsibilities
At Antler Helsinki, we will kick off our next cohort in Mid-August, lasting for 12 weeks. Before that, we are actively going through applications for the cohort before it starts.
Scouting: before Residency kick-starts and after the end of the Residency
- Assist in executing the founder scouting process for Antler’s Helsinki Residency.
- Support the screening and interviewing processes, take ownership of our pipelines and infrastructure to effectively source, engage, and secure top-tier founders and startups.
- Manage pre-residency founder communications and coordinate logistics for networking events and other activities.
Residency Program: during the 12-week Residency
- Support the Program team to blueprint, assemble and manage the operations of the residency, aiming at the best experience possible for our entrepreneurs
- Help run our cohorts by managing the day-to-day founder communication, operations, and logistics.
- Other administrative and operational tasks are associated with this role’s varied nature.
- Work closely with the Program lead and rest of the Antler team, including interactions with founders, partners and advisors.
