A production support role with payment gateways and reconciliation that ensures financial transactions are processed smoothly and accurately. Candidates should possess a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills to excel in this position. This role not only supports operational efficiency but also contributes significantly to the overall customer experience in financial transactions. The role requires good troubleshooting skills and ability to work in 24/7(on-demand) environment to meet customer requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Full time Engineering Degree (Graduate/Postgraduate)
(4-7) years of relevant experience.
Should have experience/knowledge in support of AWS environment or any other cloud environment with strong technical skills
Should be having understanding in any one of the programming languages such as Javascript/Typescript/Java. Or hands-on over any other Object-oriented programming (OOP).
Knowledge of Cloud/Relational Databases . Eg. Oracle, Databricks, MySql, SQL Server
Technical expertise to investigate different application logs with up and downstream connections
Production environment support & testing end to end flow.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor Payment Systems: Continuously oversee the performance of payment processing systems to ensure transactions are processed without interruptions.
Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve issues related to payment transactions, including failed transactions, discrepancies, and system errors.
Reconciliation Support: Assist in reconciling transactions between different systems and to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures for future reference.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA testers to resolve production issues effectively.
Preferably skills
Payment Gateway/ Payment Processor domain knowledge.
Experience of support in Electronic Payment system & Reconciliation/settlement processes.
Knowledge of Payment types
Experience in Banking Domain
Experience in any cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google cloud)
