We are looking for an Education Operations Manager who will help build a high-quality and effective training system for experts, ensuring the highest level of service on the platform.
Your impact:
- Conduct an audit of the current training processes;
- Create a comprehensive training system for experts to enhance their qualifications and service quality on the platform. The system should be integrated with KPIs, include basic training for all experts, and feature specialized programs aimed at addressing specific challenges (e.g., improving activation, sales skills, etc.);
- Develop a strategy for the training system’s growth, ensuring scalability to accommodate an increasing number of experts;
- Ensure continuous professional development by regularly updating and improving training materials;
- Audit and improve the experts' knowledge base, ensuring high engagement and positive feedback from experts;
- Establish cooperation with the QC team to ensure continuous retraining for experts with recurring issues;
- Implement a system to assess the effectiveness of training, continuously refining training programs based on data and feedback;
- Develop new programs to expand expertise in the field of spiritual self-discovery;
- Manage the Education team, fostering growth and development of team managers.
About you:
- 3+ years of experience as an Education Operations Manager or Operations Manager;
- Experience in Learning and Development (L&D);
- Operational skills and experience in building complex processes;
- Ability to work with metrics and data;
- Experience in process automation;
- Skills in creating and adapting content;
- English proficiency at a B2+ level.
