As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing our social media platforms and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management strategies. From budgeting and planning to performance analysis and collaboration with third parties, you will ensure our brand's online presence remains dynamic and engaging.
Your main duties in flying with us:
- Manage social media and KOL budgets to ensure efficiency.
- Create strategic plans to optimize resources and achieve business objectives
- Develop innovative social media and KOL strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize performance.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, KOL engagement, and effectiveness.
- Monitor trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize impact.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of our social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, KOL and 3rd party management.
- Liaise with external partners, agencies, and influencers to amplify our brand presence and reach new audiences.
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.3+ years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or related roles.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media and KOL strategies.
- Strong business acumen skills with the ability to align social media strategies with overall business goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
