Disruptive mindset, not getting demotivated by failure,<br>out of the box thinking and the willingness to take the risk, is the mindset we are<br>looking for!</p><p><strong><br>As a part of your job, you will: </strong></p><ul><li>Participating in the entire software development life cycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance.</li><li>Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and implementation plans.</li><li>Work with back-end developers to integrate APIs and services.</li><li>Write code and tests, build prototypes, resolve issues, and profile and analyze bottlenecks.</li><li>Optimize frontend performance to ensure fast rendering and smooth interactions for high data volumes.</li><li>Designing, building, and maintaining complex web applications with a particular emphasis on the UI (interactions, styling, etc.)</li><li>Work on proposals involving solutions/architecture related to Frontend technologies.</li><li>Develop scalable and responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries like React.</li><li>Proficiency with UI rendering optimization, caching, bundling and responsive pages.</li><li>Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest frontend development trends, techniques, and best practices, and apply them to projects as appropriate.</li><li>Develop automated tests to ensure business needs are met and allow for regression testing.</li><li>Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).</li><li>Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their professional growth and development.</li><li>Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.</li><li>Be an active member of our frontend community.</li><li>Contribute to Celfocus technical roadmap and innovation initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong><br>What are we looking for?</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Strong experience of responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility standards.</li><li><span dir="ltr">6+ years of professional experience with Front-End JavaScript frameworks (React is preferable)</span></li><li>3+ years solid experience in building and maintaining complex web applications.</li><li>Strong experience in JavaScript/Typescript and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax.</li><li>Strong experience in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and AJAX.</li><li>Strong experience in web architectures (MVC, MVVM, etc.) and communication protocols (HTTP, SOAP, REST, JSON, etc.)</li><li>Strong experience working with XML/JSON.</li><li>Strong experience in CSS preprocessors such as Sass or LESS.</li><li>Strong experience with software engineering best practices such as design patterns, code reviews, unit, and integration testing, etc.</li><li>Strong experience with frontend builds tools, package managers, and task runners such as (Webpack, Babel, NPM, etc.).</li><li>Strong experience about testing frameworks such as Jest.</li><li>Strong experience in software security aspects and tools such as (Authentication/Authorization, Encryption/Decryption, Digital Signatures, Identity and Access Management). (Owasp Top 10)</li><li>Strong experience with code analysis and review tools such as (ESLint, SonarQube, CodeQL).</li><li>Experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery tools (CI/CD) such as (Jenkins, Github Actions or Gitlab Pipelines).</li><li>Experience with ticket tracking and documentation tools such as (JIRA and Confluence).</li><li>Experience with version control systems and its daily workflow such as (GitHub and GitLab).</li><li>Experience with Relational/NoSQL databases and data workflow management.</li><li>Experience in building cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.</li><li>Strong Knowledge of UX/UI principles.</li><li>Strong knowledge of cloud and containerized solutions (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)</li><li>Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).</li><li>Knowledge of content management system (CMS) such as (Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Liferay, Contentful).</li><li>Knowledge of principles of microservices architecture design (clean and/or hexagonal architectures, message-driven solutions) is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of API Gateways (Kong API Gateway) is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of Figma and Sketch is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of TELCO industry BSS architectures is preferable.</li><li>Hands on experience integrating with REST APIs using TMF standards & Open API specifications is preferable.</li><li>Problem solver mindset: for a given context, think, design, and present a solution for a diverse set of stakeholders (from CTO to architects and developers).</li><li>Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.</li><li>Availability to travel (short-term periods)</li><li>Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)</li></ul><ul></ul><ul></ul><p><br></p><p>Personal traits:</p><p>Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and Clients</p><p>Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy</p><p>Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included</p><p>Willingness to collaborate with other players</p><p>Strong communication skills <br></p><p><br></p><p>At Celfocus, we are committed to cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace.
