TEAM
Toyota Woven City (hereafter "TWC"), a test course built at the base of Mt. Fuji in Japan, has its vision set to diversify and expand the meaning of "Mobility" to move and inspire people. TWC has three core concepts, a 'living laboratory' incorporating a diversity of cutting edge technologies, 'ever-evolving', with foreseeing endless Kaizen and expansion, and 'human-centric', a city that serves its people bringing them more happiness to their lives.
Our team is committed to providing safe, secure, and comfortable spaces and experiences to the residents and workers in the city, who will play essential roles in testing and taking part in the development of products/services. Through providing inspiring challenges, our hope is to build the future fabric of life, and to aim for "Well-being for all".
You will report to the Lead of Woven Inventor Laboratory, and this job's workplace type is hybrid (office in Woven City, Nihombashi, and remote).

We will build a community and ecosystem where inventors who create the future fabric of life can work together to create what one person/company cannot do alone. It is the community and ecosystem that creates a culture and mechanism in which these inventors connect, help each other, and work together.
The manager of Community & Ecosystem Building is expected to deeply understand and empathize with inventors and their ideas, envision how to accelerate their development and implementation, and accelerate collaboration by connecting them with the necessary collaborators.
