We have a popular website, media presence, and active socials. Our app has been downloaded more than 17 million times, and our learners completed over 35 million lessons over the last few years. Our goal for the next 2 years is to secure a spot among top 5 online language learning services worldwide. Looking ahead, within the next five years, we want to achieve the status of a unicorn company with Ukrainian roots!
We are currently looking for a skilled SMM Specialist to join our dynamic Promova team.This role is essential for maintaining a strong brand presence, increasing audience engagement, generating traffic, and contributing to our business goals. If you are creative, data-driven, and passionate about social media, we’d love to hear from you!
ABOUT YOU:
- 1 year+ of experience in social media management.
- Experience managing multiple platforms: Instagram, TikTok.
- B2 level English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to generate engaging content ideas for static, motion, and video formats.
- Strong analytical mindset to track engagement metrics and sentiment trends.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Previous experience as an SMM Specialist in an IT product company (EdTech niche is a plus).
- Experience managing multiple platforms: Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter
- Understanding of marketing funnels and how they impact social media strategy.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage and grow online communities.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
YOUR AREA OF IMPACT:
📌 Content Creation
- Develop and execute engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Brainstorm creative ideas and collaborate with designers and copywriters.
- Write captions, maintain brand voice, and produce video content.

- Engage with the community by responding to comments and DMs.
- Monitor user interactions and nurture brand relationships.
📌 Communication & Collaboration
- Align social media efforts with marketing, product, and support teams.
- Work with influencers, bloggers, and UGC creators.
📌 Analytics & Performance Monitoring
- Track brand mentions, audience sentiment, and engagement metrics.
- Analyze content performance, prepare reports, and optimize strategies.
