Your Role:
- Innovate and Inspire: Design and oversee cutting-edge CRM programs aimed at maximizing customer loyalty, retention, and lifetime value. Your creativity will help shape our approach to customer engagement!
- Build Relationships: Develop, implement, and manage engaging customer referral programs to strengthen our network and boost sales. Your ability to connect with customers will drive our referral successes.
- Communicate Effectively: Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels—direct mail, email, text, and social media. Your insights will personalize customer interactions and foster deeper connections.
- Leverage Data for Success: Utilize customer data to inform strategies, and identify areas for improvement to ensure we are meeting our customers' needs. Your analytical skills will play a pivotal role in optimizing our campaigns.
- Monitor and Report Performance: Use advanced analysis tools to assess the performance of our CRM initiatives. Generate insightful reports that detail trends, KPIs, and successes to ensure we are moving in the right direction.
- Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry innovations to continuously enhance our strategic approach.

What You Bring:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field, with a strong emphasis on CRM and loyalty programs.
- Proficiency in data analysis, allowing you to turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- A proven commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to demonstrate successful outcomes.
