Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls in a professional
manner.
- Identify customer needs and provide excellent
customer service, with cost efficiency and safety in mind; Communicate costs;
Work with outside vendors and assist in resolving on-the-road repairs.
- Schedule Company and local customer truck
repairs.
- Provide accurate repair orders and estimates
when needed, including data entry and documentation; Obtain approval for work
to be completed.
- Responsible for inventory and parts purchasing,
as well as organization of the parts room.
- Follow-up on calls and send recommended repair
reminders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- One to two years of work experience in a diesel/automotive environment is preferred, but not required; Service writer experience desirable.
- Possess effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in data entry and documentation design.
- Possess exceptional time management and prioritization skills while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to work swing shift.
