SubSub is an innovative company developing a range of products including SubBox (B2B analytics software), SubBro (a platform similar to Patreon), and SubSub (CSP for creators). Our goal is to lead the way in the creator economy by potentially expanding into fintech, including launching a neobank tailored for creators. We are seeking a self-driven, experienced legal counsel to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to company products.
- Provide legal advice on compliance matters, particularly in the areas of software, content platforms, and fintech.
- Support the company’s growth and operations across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on Ukrainian and Cyprus law.
- Ensure all legal operations are in line with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive IP protection strategies, including trademark registration and enforcement.
- Work closely with senior management to facilitate business strategy while managing legal risks.
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience, preferably in corporate law, contract law and compliance.
- Previous in-house or legal advisory experience at tech companies, SaaS platforms, or fintech organizations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A deep understanding of legal and regulatory requirements within the B2B, tech, or fintech sectors.
- Fluent in Ukrainian and English (written and spoken).
