The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth competitor analysis and market research to inform business strategy, drive product development, and enhance customer satisfaction..<br><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br></p><ul><li>Conduct comprehensive market and brand analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the industry.</li><li>Perform competitor analysis, evaluating their strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning to inform strategic decision-making.</li><li>Develop detailed customer personas based on behavioral, demographic, and psychographic data, <br>allowing for more targeted marketing and product development.</li><li>Work with marketing teams to ensure content aligns with customer interests and addresses customer needs effectively.</li><li>Conduct thorough brand analysis to assess brand equity, customer loyalty, and overall market perception.</li><li>Design and implement research methodologies, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups, to gather customer insights.</li><li>Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable recommendations for brand &amp; product development as well as marketing strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research findings with business objectives.</li><li>Present research findings and insights to stakeholders, providing clear and impactful recommendations.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in customer research.</li><li>Oversee relationships with external research agencies or consultants to supplement internal capabilities when needed.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><strong>Requirements: </strong></strong><br></p><ul><li>2-4 years of experience in market research, customer insights, or competitive analysis preferably within iGaming.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.</li><li>Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Familiarity with research methodologies and statistical analysis techniques.</li></ul><p>   </p><p><strong>"What’s in it for me" we hear you ask?</strong><br></p><ul><li>A global and dynamic work environment, working with some of the best Casino talent in the world</li><li>A company full of personal growth opportunities, where you'll be trusted to work autonomously, in a down-to-earth and collaborative, non-corporate style atmosphere</li><li> A choice of work locations.
