Thermographer, Roof/Facade (Remote Contractor)

In this Thermographer (roof/facade) role, you will use our Insights platform to review thermal drone imagery of roof structures and exterior elevations (facades) and provide a thorough and robust analysis of current conditions. This could include moisture retention, air infiltration/exfiltration, insulation issues or other related anomalies that are presently affecting the roof and facades. In doing so, you are dedicated to helping Zeitview meet its operational OKRs.

Responsibilities:

• Take action on assignments that are ready and available for production in the Operations pipeline
• Utilize proper software tools, channels, and workflows to follow standard procedures
• Tasks include but are not limited to: handling emails/tickets in Zendesk, inspecting and annotating assets and orthomosaics
• Ability to work off-hours to get the job done
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• sUAS Level I, II or III certification through a reputable program
• Working knowledge of roofing/building construction, terminology and materials
• Working knowledge of building exteriors construction, terminology and materials
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to work independently and unsupervised
• Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
• Able to work remotely and coordinate effectively with a fully remote workforce
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient computer skills (Office suite, Slack, Google)
• Must have and use own computer
