VOLUNTEER POSITION

Volunteers (15)

Hospital volunteers will work together to organize and execute monthly themed day events for the Pediatrics unit at KGH. Volunteers will work in a collaborative environment with co-chairs, volunteer coordinators, and child life specialists from KGH to organize these events. Volunteers will work to promote Kids for Kids and their message within the Pediatrics unit itself, providing respite for families and patients.

Applications will be available until September 15th at 4pm.

Eligible candidates must have paid the Arts & Science Undergraduate Society Membership Fee.

Time Commitment and Responsibilities

An approximately 8-month term from September 2022 to April 2023 with a time commitment of 2-3 hours per week.

• Attend and help organize all events
• Work with the K4K co-chairs, committee members, and child life specialists from KGH to organize event planning
• Bring creative suggestions for fun hospital events with a passion for working with children
