About the Role
NIUM is looking for Associate/Sr Associate FP&A, In this role, you will be primarily responsible for analysis and reporting of business performance, executing strategic finance projects, budgeting, forecasting, and planning
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate strategic planning and the allocation of the budget annually including management and controllership
- Undertake periodic budgeting and forecasting to track and analyze the impact of spends on company performance
- Contribute to the development of right industry-benchmarked SaaS metrics for performance management and generate key insights on an ongoing basis
- Interface with cross-functional teams to gather information, prepare MIS reports, review KPIs and track performance
- Undertake strategic finance projects to improve company performance
- Prepare monthly investor dashboards
- Prepare monthly/ periodic reports for internal stakeholders discussions
Requirements
- Relevant experience of 4-8 years
- MBA from a top school or CA with strong academic credentials
- Prior working/implementation experience with Planning tools (Adaptive insights, Anaplan, Board, Planful)
- Prior experience working with advanced excel (experience with SQL is a Plus)
- Excellent presentation and data synthesis skills with attention to detail and the ability to quickly absorb and interpret large datasets
- A proven ability to manage multiple projects, work independently and often in ambiguous environments, and deliver under tight deadlines
- A successful candidate must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically.
- Understanding of the technology landscape, preferably B2B SaaS, is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to manage multi-stakeholder
