Your day-to-day:
- Create, prioritize and manage team backlog and ensure that the team is working on the most important tasks.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the scraping team projects and individual team members contributions.
- Collect and analyze feedback from the customer, stakeholders and management to continuously improve product and team performance.
- Define product strategy and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap and provide visibility to engineering team and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies related to web scraping and data extraction.
Your skills & experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in data analytics or data engineering fields.
- Ability to work in fast-paced and always changing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Ability to use best agile practices in sprint planning, prioritization.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience working with data extraction and management teams.
- Experience with Python, MySQL.
- Certifications in Agile methodologies.
- Previous product development experience or technical background.
Salary:
- Gross salary: 3300 - 4300 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
