o Client (Client) is initiating a project to migrate their Oracle Release 11 ERP system, used by Financial Advisors and International Global Ledger (former Brokerage) to a Client private cloud environment
o No CenturyLink infrastructure is involved
o Oracle Professional Services (PS) is managing the migration
o Customer contact wants a senior Oracle resource with Release 11 and Migration experience to serve as trusted advisor to advise on the effectiveness of the Oracle PS migration plan and to monitor the migration so that it can be achieved in the expected timeline
o Expected timeline is 6 months but could extend to 12 months
o Position can be remote with travel once a month to Charlotte NC
o Technical teams are located in NY, NJ, Charlotte, FL, and Texas
o Fly in Charlotte once per month
o Looking for senior resource who can gain trust and confidence with the client and serve as trusted advisor/monitor for the project
o Person would need Oracle Release 11 and Oracle migration expertise preferably to a cloud environment
o Must be able to ask the right questions of the technical and management team to uncover any issues or concerns
o Data volume is large – petabytes
o No customer rate guidance – let's look for best market rate and see what feedback is. This is not rate driven

o The ability to lead a large diversified team across multiple companies
o The ability to push teams to deliver and not lose respect
o Relationship deepener and internal sales advisor
• Experience
o Have already lead multiple large assessment / migration projects successfully specific to Oracle. Ideally, from Oracle R11 to Oracle Cloud
o Knows how Oracle PS would approach this effort and understand typical caveats to delivery and approach
o Needs to demonstrate they have crystallized a strategy and plan based upon an assessment of the current People, Process, and tools
