The Thuma team is looking to hire a UX/UI Manager. Reporting to the Director of eCom, this role will be responsible for driving and implementing strategies to enhance user experiences to elevate our online brand experience and increase core web KPIs. You will work with a team of talented Product Managers, designers & engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and leverage data-driven insights to improve the overall performance of our website. You’ll lead the UX/UI team and help existing talent to reach its next level.
Thuma’s Headquarters is based in the historic Presidio neighborhood of San Francisco. This role will be based in San Francisco, CA.
