Job Brief: 
We are seeking a dynamic Partnerships Manager to join our global team. This role is pivotal in driving Wahed’s growth by identifying, securing, and managing distribution partnerships for our financial products. The ideal candidate will leverage their strong relationship management skills and network to create meaningful collaborations with organizations, networks, and creators, Our Partnerships Manager will play an integral role as Wahed continues to expand into new markets and enhance its product suite.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute a global comprehensive partnerships strategy to identify and secure distribution partners in all major markets that we operate in.
  • Drive acquisition strategies through affiliate channels.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective partners, including organizations, networks, and influencers, to promote Wahed’s financial products.
  • Collaborate with internal regional teams to create compelling value propositions tailored to partner needs.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value creation and alignment with Wahed’s mission.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with partners, ensuring sustained engagement and performance.
  • Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, optimizing efforts to maximize ROI.
  • Stay updated on trends in financial services, distribution channels, and ethical investing.

Job Specification

  • Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Extensive network within industries relevant to distribution partnerships, including financial services, media, or content creation.
  • Desirable: Background or knowledge in financial services, particularly investment products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
