Senior Attorney (Personal Injury) - Full-time
Location: Dallas, TX
Required Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas
5-7 years of personal injury experience
Able to multi-task and handle a high-volume litigation docket
Superior analytical skills and ability to analyze complex issues
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
Ability to work onsite at our Dallas, Texas office and travel as required for trial or pre-trial requirements
First Chair or Second Chair Trial Experience
Bilingual
Job Description
Direct legal decisions throughout all phases of the litigation process
Understand the applicability of laws and statutes to the potential recovery of each case
Depose parties and fact and expert witnesses
Draft and argue motions
Supervise and manage a support team of staff
