Hire Resolve is currently working with a reputable UK firm audit firm, who is seeking a skilled and experienced Trust Senior to join their team.

As a Trust Senior, you will be responsible for managing trust accounts and providing expert advice to clients on trust administration. You will work closely with high-net-worth individuals and families to ensure their trusts are properly established, administered, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee trust accounts for high-net-worth individuals and families
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to trust administration
  • Prepare and review trust documentation, including trust agreements, deeds, and wills
  • Provide expert advice to clients on trust planning, tax implications, and asset protection
  • Assist with estate planning and wealth transfer strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal and tax professionals, to meet clients' complex trust needs
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices in trust administration
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Must be CTA or STEP qualified
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in trust administration
  • Strong knowledge of trust laws and regulations
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in trust accounting software and tools
  • Professional ethics and integrity
  • Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion
  • Experience with UK trust laws and regulations is preferred
