Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client has an immediate need for an Accounts Payable Specialist with three or more years of accounts payable experience and a commitment to precision.

Duties:
- Experience Level: Three or more years
- Industry Experience: HVAC background preferred
- Software: Transitioning to Vista
- Education: Associate's Degree Accounting, Business, Finance a minimum
- Compensation: $25.00-$26.00 per hour

Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vacation.

Responsibilities:
- Process invoices accurately
- Support AP operations with record-keeping
- Assist in vendor payment communications
- Conduct reconciliations and payment processing
- Ensure timely completion of all AP tasks
