LastPass is looking for a Associate Sales Support Specialist  

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales operations or finance professional looking to join a dynamic SaaS company with a remote-first workforce. You will be part of the Chief Revenue Officer’s Sales Organization, reporting to the Sales Operations team (based in the USA). This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual seeking a challenging growth opportunity within the Sales organization.

The newly developed Sales Support Desk is responsible for assisting the LastPass sales teams in addressing issues related to the customer quote and proposal process. You will work closely with Account Executives and Partner Managers, interacting with sales leaders to ensure sales quotes are delivered to customers accurately and promptly. You will be a valuable contributor within the Sales Operations Organization as you apply your skills to this role.

Who will you work with?

The Sales Operations team has high visibility within the Global Sales Organization and reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Members of the Sales Support Desk will interact with various internal stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Enterprise Systems.

 What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • Ensure that sales and partner quotes and contract terms are 100% accurate before being presented to customers.
  • Review contract pricing and ensure that accurate contracts are created within the scope of the deal type.
  • Resolve deficiencies and stipulations with various parties to ensure proper management of quotes.
  • Manage sales inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, SKU accuracy, and order status.
  • Ensure timely processing of Purchase Orders and accuracy in procurement.
  • Manage questions and queues related to quoting, invoices, Purchase Orders, and other inquiries.
  • Conduct weekly cross-functional reporting on quoting accuracy.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Review operational procedures and adopt industry best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with a high degree of professionalism at all times.
  • Provide cross-functional support to the Global Sales Organization as needed.
  • Work on special projects as directed by Sales Operations leadership.
  • Assist with data cleanup initiatives.

What does it take to work at LastPass?

  • Experience: Experience in a Sales Operations or Finance role, including experience with Salesforce.com. Experience with CPQ is a plus.
  • Dependability: We seek a reliable professional committed to teamwork and consistently demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Collaboration: This role involves working as part of a larger global team across various time zones, including individuals who may be new to their roles. We need someone who can demonstrate mentorship, collaboration, and curiosity. Asking the right questions at the right time is key to success in this role.
  • Attention to Detail: This role requires the ability to manage a large volume of complex deals under pressure. Accuracy is a critical metric for success.

It's great, but not required:

  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Prior experience working in a remote-centric environment utilizing collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, etc.
