Lead Store Associate
Type of Work: Full-Time
Starting Pay Rate: $17.50/hr.
Shift Availability: Must have open availability, weekends, nights, holidays.
Location: 465 Jordan Rd, Sedona, AZ 86336
As a Lead Store Associate, you will assist the Management team in the daily operations of the store. In this role you will have outstanding people skills, lead by demonstrating consultative selling techniques, and maintain a strong energetic presence on the sales floor.
You will represent Curaleaf as a brand ambassador by providing top notch customer service and educating guests on our products. You will communicate clearly and effectively to team members and leadership to ensure feedback and business updates are shared in a timely manner. Daily responsibilities include people leadership, cash handling procedures, and inventory processing. Your focus on creating a guest centric environment by training, coaching, and developing team members helps build great experiences for team members and guests.
