On behalf of our client, a well-known and leading software and services provider in the financial, retail and hospitality sectors, is looking for a Client Support Coordinator.

📌 Location: Gerakas, Athens, Greece

📍 Working model: Hybrid (2 days remote, 3 days at the office). Working Hours: MON-FRI, 09.00 – 17.00

🖋️ You will be reporting to the Services Country Manager

What you will do:

As a Client Support Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for key B2B clients, managing customer service delivery from incident reporting to resolution. Your responsibilities include:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships by providing timely and effective support.
  • Issue Resolution: Coordinate with internal teams (SW Engineering, Field Support, Customer Support) to resolve client issues.
  • Service Analysis: Analyze service performance and suggest actions to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and profitability.
  • Support Provision: Offer general and account-specific support to the client’s Engineering team.
  • Service Understanding: Utilize knowledge of service systems, functions, policies, and customer contracts to resolve issues.
  • Proposal Creation: Develop and present high-level offers and Proof of Concept (PoC) proposals.
  • Pricing Participation: Actively engage in the pricing process to ensure competitive and fair pricing for services.

Requirements

  • Technical/Vocational certification or High School diploma
  • 0-1 years of related experience, ideally in Technical Support or Customer Care related roles
  • Ability to understand the lifecycle of Technical Services (from reporting to final fix)
  • Demonstrated proficiencies with Microsoft Office Suite software; you will be working a lot with Outlook and Excel (Tables, Filters, basic Graphs)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and oral)
