On behalf of our client, a well-known and leading software and services provider in the financial, retail and hospitality sectors, is looking for a Client Support Coordinator.
📌 Location: Gerakas, Athens, Greece
📍 Working model: Hybrid (2 days remote, 3 days at the office). Working Hours: MON-FRI, 09.00 – 17.00

What you will do:
As a Client Support Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for key B2B clients, managing customer service delivery from incident reporting to resolution. Your responsibilities include:
