You Should Have & What You Will Do
- A passion for food, wine and service.
- Superior communication skills (both written and spoken)
- A strong sense of urgency
- An exceptional personality and hospitality driven attitude
- A highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at a time
- A rigorous attention to detail and ability to multitask
- You have the essential drive to sincerely surrender yourself every day to the service of our guests
- Prefer (2) or more years of serving experience in a high volume refined dining, lounge and bar
- A valid TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certification is required and must be obtained before entering this position
- Have a professional knowledge base of classic and creative cocktails
- Engage with guests and be able to recommend cocktails and suggest alternatives
- Responsible to monitor, restock, and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Maintain constant communication with colleagues to anticipate guest needs and seat availability
- Deep knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, wine, beer and proper technique.
