The Therapist Success Associate plays a crucial role within the Luna machine! They are a huge part of our clinical success! The Therapist success associate acts as the therapist's trusted advisor providing a voice, support, guidance, and knowledge resources that will facilitate the achievement of their business objectives using the organization's products and services throughout all phases of the therapist lifecycle. They will implement strategies and processes that deliver consistent therapist satisfaction and retention. Being a Therapist Success Associate ensures that onboarding processes are precisely executed to build a strong relationship foundation. Utilizes extensive product knowledge, problem-solving skills and training to enhance therapist engagements and achieve successful outcomes. Additionally, Therapist Success Associate coordinates with internal teams to access additional resources and facilitate the solutions and tools needed by therapists. Delivers therapist feedback as a voice of the therapist to internal teams identifying therapist needs, ideas, and challenges. You will advocate for solutions, product enhancements, and other actions to meet the needs of therapists!
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Detailed Functions/Key Differentiators:
- Able to support all Associate I level functions at manager discretion
- Completes Therapist On-boarding Calls
- Completes Two-week and General Check-in Calls.
- Completes assigned routine tasks.
- Communicates to Therapists via Inbox, Salesmsg and chat
- Completes Therapist Issue/ Behavior calls
- Provides continuous coaching and feedback
- Identifies and reports technical bugs to leadership
- Participates in increasing Therapist Satisfaction
- Owns small projects
- Report on defined key performance indicators routinely
- Help identify key therapist and increase overall capacity
- Uses discretion and independent judgment to follow through on assignments
- Communicate with therapists to establish rapport and identify customer expectations and facilitate change management to drive increased retention
- Assists in maintaining therapist statuses
- Assist therapists from signed to active on the platform by obtaining in depth knowledge of the entire onboarding process including credentialing steps
- Assists in identifying and creating new processes and workflows to support provider satisfaction
- Job Qualifications:
- Typically requires a minimum of 1 - 2 years of related experience.
