eCommerce Marketplace Specialist I

The eCommerce Marketplace Specialist I will report to the Sr. Manager, eCommerce Marketplace in Austin, Texas. This position will have full day-to-day responsibility and oversight for the execution and management of marketplace orders. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter with Amazon experience who is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced digital/e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage FBM inventory levels on Amazon, including moving unfulfilled orders to locations with inventory
• Manage FBM orders and ensure orders are processed and fulfilled on time according to marketplace requirements
• Monitor and report on competitive listings
• Maintain detailed understanding of the mechanics of all systems, tools and processes
• Monitor, analyze and report on marketplace metrics and sales, including on-time fulfillment & daily inventory updates
• Work with Allocation Planner to manage inventory levels within Amazon make teams aware of non-fillable issues and constraints
• Optimize listings and pages and make suggestions to help improve sales
• Help coordinate marketing Amazon, including promotional opportunities, pricing optimization, content creation (A+ and Amazon Storefront)
• Availability to work night and weekends as needed

 

Qualifications and Attributes:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field
• At least 0 - 2 years of relevant experience with at least 1 year of direct experience working on Amazon Marketplace
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment
• Ability to create, analyze, and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for use in forecasting, production, and communication with others
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fluid, fast-paced team environment while meeting critical deadlines
• High attention to detail

 

US Workplace Approach:

• Onsite: Role requires you to be onsite full-time.
• Hybrid: Role requires you to be located in Austin, Texas and is a mixture of onsite and remote.
• Remote: Role is full-time remote.
