We are currently looking for our Head of Global Strategic Accounts based out of the US (remotely). This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the growth of our B2B revenue through developing and executing account acquisition and account development strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, account management, and team leadership, with a deep understanding of global market dynamics.

What you will focus on:

  • Develop and execute a strategy to scale revenue of Pan-US and Global Accounts.
  • Lead and mentor our dynamic team of US Account Managers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Proactively identify and seek out new accounts to optimize revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations and client experience teams to create value-added solutions for clients.
  • Manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, sales activity using Salesforce for maximum efficiency and visibility.

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years of experience in Global Accounts’ management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience on managing a team of Account Managers with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing strategic/global accounts.
  • Strong understanding of global markets and international business practices.
  • Experience in business travel or corporate housing would be an advantage but not a prerequisite.

Pay Range
$300,000$400,000 USD
