Location: Hybrid/Remote - Baton Rouge, LA or New Orleans, LA
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 base (depending on experience) + annual Bonus

Account Manager (Digital Agency exp req) Description

Account Manager (Digital Agency exp req) Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Manage day-to-day client communications and expectations
• Prepare and deliver presentations for client meetings
• Collaborate with creative, media, and production teams to execute campaigns
• Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines, budgets, and goals are met
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage project workflows
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to clients
• Assist in the development of proposals and presentations
• Ensure projects stay within budget and meet quality standards
• Foster long-term client relationships through strategic consultation
• Manage and coordinate traditional and digital marketing campaigns
• Oversee the creation and production of creative assets (TV, web, social, etc.)
Account Manager (Digital Agency exp req) Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of account management or client services experience in an agency required
• 2+ years of marketing/advertising agency experience required
• Strong understanding of digital advertising and digital products required
• Client management and project coordination experience required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools required
