Product Manager

As a Product Manager at AKQA, you collaborate and lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver products with purpose.
You'll be taking part in client’s product strategy, building and optimizing products and creating a great user experience, by solving a wide range of problems for a wide range of clients.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

As a Product Manager at AKQA, you will :

• Work with cross-functional teams to turn problems into solutions whilst shaping viable, feasible and lovable digital products for our clients and their customers.
• Study the world through the customers’ eyes, through user interviews, user testing, data analysis, benchmarking… to create strong products that address customer needs
• Read and analyse data to drive value-based optimization on existing products
• Foster a fantastic atmosphere within your team. Create an environment that’s empathy-driven and set up for success.
• Be an ambassador of product mindset at clients and within the studio

Build a flagship e-commerce that translates innovativeness for a leading sound system brand

Understand how to unlock revenue growth of a connected health app through testing and iteration

Optimize the digital ecosystem and unlock opportunities for one of the leading automotive brand

 

QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS

• Three to five years experience working in product or consulting (with a technical or design aspect).
• Pragmatic and value-driven: You are familiar with prioritization in the context of complex products, and programs, with tons of demanding stakeholders.
• Insight-driven: You have a desire for becoming an expert on a given topic, combining customer focus, analytics, and market insights.
• Project Management: You know how to coordinate projects and bring them to life with strong attention to detail.
• Communication & collaboration skills: You have strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precisely articulating customer problems.
• You read, write, and speak English at a business level
