Qualified Accountant

Hire Resolve's client is a reputable UK Accounting firm, which is seeking a qualified Accountant to join their team in Nottingham, England. As a qualified accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records and preparing financial statements for our clients. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and experience in UK accounting regulations and practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records for clients
• Analyze financial statements and reports
• Prepare year-end financial statements
• Review and reconcile transactions to ensure accuracy
• Provide financial advice and guidance to clients
• Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and regulations
• Collaborate with clients and team members to resolve any accounting issues

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with a strong understanding of UK accounting regulations
• Experience working in an accounting firm or similar environment
• Excellent knowledge of UK GAAP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
