Position Summary

The Sr. Account Executive role will be supporting brands who are leaders in the market.  This role is essential to driving integration of learnings among cross functional teams who are hyper focused on impacting performance through their tactics.

The Sr. Account Executive will guide the progress across media and non-media tactics, ensuring program timelines are developed in a way that sets our teams up for success and client expectations are met (and exceeded when possible). Their experience should span across managing social media strategy and content development, community management, paid social media, SEM, web development and programmatic. 

As part of the Client Service team, the Sr. Account Executive will provide indispensable partnership to Clients and be solutions minded.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a positive client relationship.
  • Lead the day-to-day logistics from ideas to execution.
  • Be a champion for great work and be a key driver of bringing that great work to life.
  • Lead the day-to-day tasks and deliverables, relationship building, marketing strategy, program development/oversight, inspiring clients and our people.
  • Assist in the development and presentation of strategies along with subject matter experts, as well as prepare proposals.
  • Partner with the strategy team, and be able to flex your own strategic muscles, to guide the brand across media and non-media deliverables.
  • Keep abreast of the brand goals, changes in their category, and trends around emerging platforms that can impact their business.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in client relationship management
  • Experience in multi-disciplined practices is advantageous (i.e. social content development, paid social, SEM, and web development)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for building and growing an account
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a timely fashion
  • Sound decision making skills
  • Detail oriented with strong collaboration skills

The salary range for this position is posted below.  Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
