About the role

  • As an Associate – Internal Communications, you’ll be a cornerstone of Zeta’s Employer Branding team, executing high-impact initiatives, campaigns, and events. Acting as the “Chief Execution Officer,” you will drive engagement across internal communications and social channels, bringing Zeta’s unique culture and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life. 
  • Job Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities

  • Internal Communication: Craft and implement internal communication campaigns that highlight Zeta’s EVP, culture, and mission, ensuring alignment across the organization. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams—marketing, design, HR, tech, business, and leadership—for the smooth delivery of campaigns and projects. 
  • Social Media Management: Own Zeta’s social media presence, managing editorial calendars, posts, and campaigns to create vibrant, engaging platforms. 
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze campaign performance and impact metrics. Manage dashboards to track data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. 
  • Event Coordination: Support organization-wide branding and engagement events, such as hackathons, town halls, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Multitasking Wizard: Capable of juggling multiple projects and deadlines without compromising on quality or detail. 
  • Collaborative Communicator: Stellar interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for planning and stakeholder engagement. 
  • Tech Savvy: Eagerness to explore and leverage tools like generative AI to optimize outcomes. 
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with an openness to continuous learning and feedback. 

Experience and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in Employer Branding, Internal Communications, or related roles.
  • Postgraduate degree in Management, Advertising, Journalism, Media, or Psychology. 
  • Experience in social media campaign management, internal communications, or account/event management 
  • Experience in content creation, branding, and analytics.
