As a Go to Market CL Operations Representative, you will be responsible for enabling customers to acquire and use our financial products across the needed channels, thus driving growth to our CL business.
Responsibilities
- We are seeking a dynamic sales associate with strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, adaptability, and a goal-oriented mindset to provide excellent service, solve problems, and drive sales in a team-oriented environment.
- Engage with online customers via email, chat, or phone to understand their needs and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Follow up on sales leads and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions to assist online customers effectively.
- Process online conversations accurately, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with the team to meet online sales targets and optimize lead conversion rates.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in an online or e-commerce environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage customers through email, chat, and phone.
- Ability to follow up on leads and close sales in a timely and professional manner.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online sales platforms and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.

- Experience with PayJoy products
- Experience working in a startup environment or a highly intrapreneurial role
- Experience in financial institutions in sales roles with high-speed processes
