We’re looking for a Senior Performance and Enablement Manager, Capital to join our Revenue Operations team in Montreal. The Revenue Operations team is core to the success of our go to market functions. As the Senior Performance and Enablement Manager, you will support the GTM Sales org with how we will achieve our company targets by driving world class Enablement of our Sales teams. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Sales Enablement Programs: Design, pitch, and implement sales enablement programs to enhance the performance of the Capital business.
  • Listen to Sales Calls: Analyze sales calls to identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to drive better results.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Involved in the onboarding program for new hires across the GTM sales organization.
  • Advanced Ongoing Coaching: Deliver in-depth training sessions for fully ramped Capital Account Managers on effectively selling financial services products
  • Enablement Updates: Keep the GTM Sales organization informed and trained on internal process changes, new tech stack releases, product feature releases, revenue initiatives, and updates related to financial services.
  • Adoption Support: Support teams in adopting new changes until successfully embraced.
  • Onboarding & Training: Onboard and train new starters across the GTM sales organization.
  • KPI Establishment: Partner with Leadership and Revenue Operations to identify activity metric KPIs for new starter onboarding and enablement release adoption.
  • Performance Diagnosis: Work with regional Leadership and Revenue Operations to diagnose regional performance and support the teams in identifying training needs.
  • Educational Materials: Collaborate with regional leaders, marketing, strategy, and enablement teams, to develop and update training materials, including sales scripts, case studies, and presentations.
  • Feedback Culture: Promote a feedback and ‘constant improvement’ culture by actively gathering feedback from training and enablement programs.
  • Regional Insights: Provide regional insights on global initiatives to the wider Revenue Operations and GTM Leadership teams. Participate in the weekly Capital WBR calls by sharing updates on Enablement programs

What you need to bring:

  • 6-8 years of work experience, preferably in a FinTech or Financial Services organization:
    • 3-4 years of work experience in a Sales quota carrying role (AE/AM)
    • 3-4 years of work experience in Training and Enablement
  • Proven experience in developing and running onboarding and enablement programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to use a data-driven approach to enablement to measure success and identify areas of opportunity.

Even better if you have, but not necessary:

  • Analytical Expertise: Strong experience in working with data to extract useful, actionable insights, and the ability to clearly articulate these insights to stakeholders.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build strong relationships and connections with cross-functional teams in a fast-evolving environment.
  • Proactive and Inquisitive: A self-starter mentality with a naturally curious personality, always seeking to learn and improve.
  • Strategic Influence: Ability to influence and drive strategic initiatives across the organization, demonstrating leadership without direct authority.
