Vice President, IT Operations and Infrastructure

The Job

We are looking to hire a Vice President, Information Technology (IT) Operations and Infrastructure. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of technology professionals responsible for delivering a resilient technology ecosystem, creating a productive and collaborative technology experience for Own employees, and empowering business transformation through technology.

Your Day-to-Day Role

• Lead, manage, and evolve Own IT Operations and Infrastructure Program to continually advance service levels and support the foundational technology needs of the business
• Build a professional broadcast studio
• Lead and manage a team of broadcast professionals, including broadcast engineers, video editors, and control room technicians.
• Oversee a global team of high-performing technical personnel responsible for engineering and operations of the network, compute, endpoint infrastructure and AV capabilities
• Introduce innovative, differentiating infrastructure and operations capabilities that enhance our overall competitive capabilities and enhance employee productivity.
• Maintain and operate within a cost-effective IT budget, including supporting routine budget planning and forecasting reviews
• Define, develop, and manage a comprehensive and integrated ITSM landscape, based on best-practice processes, disciplines, and related toolsets.
• Lead the integration of technology systems across heritage companies that have come together through merger and acquisition to one integrated company

Your Work Experience

• 10+ years of experience leading and managing IT Technical Teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and operate with a high sense of urgency
• Ability to show and demonstrate consistently initiative, professionalism, poise and flexibility and work within an environment of frequent interruptions, conflicting priorities, and varying workloads
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively with a wide variety of internal and external clients
• Highly developed written communication skills, including report writing, presentations, email correspondence and verbal communication skills, particularly in dealing with people of diverse backgrounds
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships, influence outcomes, and to deliver effective presentations to a variety of audiences
• Self-starter, takes the initiative to anticipate needs and risks, thrives in ambiguity, and effectively manages upward and across levels to align parties around shared visions and action plans.

Important Details

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office a minimum of 3 days per week to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business. Travel may be required.
