<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities </strong></p><p><strong>Vision and Values </strong></p><p>As Spa GSA Trainee, I fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses Hotels Resorts & Spas to help people reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them, plus our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky and pioneering wellness.</p><p><br>I will fully embrace, implement and safeguard the overall Wellness philosophy, concepts and programs such as Sleep with Six Senses, Eat With Six Senses and Grow With Six Senses. All aspects of these wellness and initiatives will be adopted and implemented throughout the operation and its strategic planning and development.<br><br><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><p>As Spa GSA Trainee, I will assist our Spa GSA Supervisor and Spa GSA Team in the responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:</p><ol><li>Make, reconfirm and verify guest bookings and manage appointment cards and schedules for the following day.</li><li>Ensure retail is offered appropriately to the guests and set up as per standard.</li><li>Check and assist with the set-up of daily operations of the Spa Reception according to Six Senses Spa standards.</li><li>Escort guests to different areas and explain the Guest Journey.</li><li>Create and update guest profiles.</li><li>Report lost and found items and submit guest incident reports to their manager.</li><li>Provide prompt, courteous and accurate service to guests at all times.</li><li>Serve the welcome drink or other menu offerings to the guests when required.</li><li>Maintain the equipment and use them in safe conditions.</li><li>Log all product recommendations to guests.</li><li>Fill in documents, controls and reports for duty.</li><li>Carry out when required stock count, both retail and professional stock.</li><li>Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. It is beneficial to have previous experience in customer service roles, such as receptionist, concierge or others.</p><p>I am familiar with luxury hotel standards and guest service expectations.</p><p> I am a personally involved, visible and proactive with excellent organizational skills. I have an intuitive sense of product and service quality, a passion for excellence and an understanding of the sophisticated needs of the luxury customer and I have experience and I am able to work in a cross-cultural environment positively.</p><p>I have an excellent command of written and spoken English and some knowledge of the local language . </p><p>I will maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses in terms of guidelines, rules and regulations, brand and operating standards, facilities and services.</p><p></p> •
