Skills and knowledge that the student will acquire during practice:
- Intermediate Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Technical skills over Toshiba hardware products (installation, configuration, operation)
- Pre-sales skills preparing Configurations and Demos
- Inventory management for Demo equipment
- Relationship with different people in the TGCS organization chart.
- Communication with different levels of the organization chart of a Customers and BPs
- Development in the business area.
It is expected that at the end of their internship the student will be able to:
- Install, configure, operate TGCS HW products.
- Support to intermediate between Customers and TGCS with the SRs
- Learn the TGCS tools to find information or report problems with the HW
- Methodology to manage hardware inventory.
- Know the sales ecosystem of a HW technology manufacturer.
- Development of pre-sales skills.
Job requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Knowledge in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced English.
- Recently graduated or in the last semesters of a Computer / Systems Engineering career or related.
Main activities:
- Install, configure, operate TGCS HW products for demo
- Work close with the solution architects to solve problems
- Prepare and send demo products.
- Present and give demos of Toshiba Products (new or potential candidates).
- Responsible for the demo equipment loan file, follow-up to delivery and return.
