The Role

As an HR Onboarding Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective day-to-day operation of the Onboarding section. You will ensure effective execution of the pre-boarding and onboarding activities for all new hires.

How you'll contribute

• Reviews and signs various hiring documents
• Coordinates with incoming new hires on the submission of pre-employment requirements
• Ensures timely turnover of new hires documents (201 file) to Records section
• Prepares account opening/tagging for new hires payroll and endorse to Records section
• Facilitates efficient onboarding activities on day one of new hires

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree holder
• With at least 5-10 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in MS Office Programs
• Above average communication skills
• Other required skills: Stakeholder Management, People Management, Leadership, and Decision Making
