They have excellent communication skills in a guest-facing role and responsibility for the daily running of crafting sessions and our very popular Father Christmas Experience. This role requires some experience in working with children and a proactive, positive, and approachable manner. You must also be supportive and flexible, lead by example in adhering to safety policies and procedures and delivering excellent activities. We will ensure training is provided when join and if you have an Enhanced DBS certificate you may also be able to work within our Play Space creche and Kids Clubs. </p><p>We are looking for passionate, flexible, and committed people. If this sounds like you then we'd love to hear from you!</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· To ensure the smooth running of the Father Christmas sessions for families throughout December.</p><p>· Ensuring the delivery and smooth running of our crafting activities.</p><p>· To respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner</p><p>· Speak to guests with children to encourage them to book their children onto our sessions</p><p>· To actively talk to guests about what is happening throughout the hotels to increase sales in crafting, childcare and other activities.</p><p>· Work with the team to create and run fun, exciting, action-packed programme of activities</p><p>· Be proactive and imaginative.</p><p>· Deliver a 5* service</p><p>· Work as part of a team with great communication skills</p><p>· Ability to work flexible hours and weekend </p><p>· If required you may be asked to support in other areas of the hotel</p><p><strong>Essential requirements:</strong></p><p>· Experience working with children or a strong interest in working with children would be good.</p><p>· Endless enthusiasm and a professional and positive attitude towards providing a first class service.</p><p>· Be caring and passionate about creating an incredible experience for our guests.</p><p>· Excellent guest relations and customer service skills.</p><p>· A good communicator who is adaptable resourceful, patient, and diplomatic.</p><p>· Good interpersonal skills</p><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><p>As a family-owned independent Cornish business, we value every member of our talented team, and we offer a range of benefits and perks to reflect our commitment to making our hotels such a desirable place to work.
