WinnCompanies is searching for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Allen Park, a 264 unit residential community in Springfield MA.
In this role you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds and parking lots. This role requires a highly diversified base of knowledge and skills needed to maintain the property to satisfy ownership and management objectives.
This role offers an 8am-5pm work schedule, Monday through Friday. You will be on call one day each week and one weekend every 5 weeks, covering additional properties in the area.
